Dear collegues,

On behalf of the Organizing Committee of the International Conference on Practical Zero Emissions Technologies and Strategies (PZETS-2025), we are pleased to invite you to participate in the conference, which will be held in Shanghai in December 8-11, 2025.

Countries and local governments worldwide have adopted net zero emissions by mid-century to mitigate the catastrophic effects of anthropogenic CO2 emissions and global warming. Established in 2022, the Australasian Practical Zero Emissions Society (APZES) is dedicated to advancing knowledge and understanding of strategies and technologies that can help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and other forms of pollution. The PZETS series of conferences, organized by APZES, focuses extensively on the latest advancements in the mentioned issues. Following the success of the first conference (PZETS-2023) in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, the second conference (PZETS-2025) will take place in Shanghai, China.

The local committee is prepared to deliver an impressive PZETS-2025 in December, and we warmly welcome colleagues from around the world to attend the conference with us in Shanghai.

In addition to the usual academic sessions and events, the conference will also offer a complete program of tours and sightseeing opportunities in Shanghai and throughout China.
