Prof. Tjandra Setiadi is currently a full professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Bandung, Indonesia. He was the Director of the Centre for Environmental Studies (PSLH), from 2007 – 2021, and the Centre for Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Indonesia (CRECPI) form 2014 – 2018. His main research is in the application of bioprocess engineering in treating various industrial wastewater, biopolymer production, lignocellulosic enzyme, and bio-based products. He has published more than 90 scientific papers and 14 book chapters. He is a fellow of Faculty of Engineering (2019), University of Tokyo. He has engaged with various national, regional, international collaborations and assignments.
